Specs:
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T 3.5ghz
Gigabyte GTX 770
16GB memory
Windows 7 Home premium
Also i'm not sure if this has to do with anything but i think my CPU is running a bit high at 50C-71C

The problem:
Been having some trouble with games dipping in FPS, from a constant 120ish FPS to around 40ish or even lower down to 30 than shooting back up to 120, it happens in most all my games from SC2, Dota2 and CS:GO.

Solution
probably your old cpu doing it. you can try a utility like driversweeper to remove all old drivers and reinsall latest ones. but you may need to think about upgrading to an intel i5 or something.

Weird, I have a 770 in my PC and I do not get these problems, What I would suggest you do is contact Gigabyte or Nvidia they might be able to help. However I think you should try taking it out then back in.
