stock fan too loud, replacement help

So my CPU stock fan is really loud, literally. So i was wondering on what to replace it with. my budget would be around under $45 or cheaper. My build:
Motherboard: MSI 760GM-p34
Case: Cooler Master N200
CPU: AMD FX-6300
PSU: Corsair CX430

If you have the recommendations that would be great and questions are: 1Will it fit on my case and is it loud? and 2 Will the PSU be enough?. Thanks

Agreed. I have the earlier model, the 212 PLUS. It is as close to silent as I can imagine.

Zalman CNPS7500-ALCU, Zalman Ultra Quiet Slim CPU Cooler, Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. So this is the coolers ive looked at after ur suggestions. Will the Zalman's fit my case and motherboard? and how noisy are they. Just in case the store runs out of Cooler Master stock, because the noise on my stock cpu cooler is really bothering me. Its really loud

I will fit as it is for small form factor. If I were you, I would still get the cooler master.

I am going for that cooler master. I just hope they have it stock or i might go for zalman 7500, you think its going to be as quiet as cooler master?

Zalman 7500 fan noise: 17-32 dBA ± 10%
CM Hyper 212 Evo: 9 - 36dBA

The CM Hyper 212 Evo has more cooling capacity than the Zalman 7500 and its cheaper.

zalman ALCU is $30 while CU is $50. Whats the difference anyways? ALXU is cheaper than CM evo, soo im not sure what to buy
