AMD-FX 8350 running on par?

So I was talking to some buddies about my CPU the other day and they said it's not performing as it should have. Usually I would shrug this off but I have noticed some irregularities. So I was wondering if any of you know if it's actually working correctly. :) Here's my CPU-Z and if any additional information is needed I will get it.

Well with my 760 gtx my friends are saying I should get way more then 45-50 fps in WoW or 50 fps in Smite... or 45-50 fps in skyrim.... I personally don't notice THAT much but if it's not performing as it should I would like to fix it if I can. :p

I have several power saving features off in the bios and high performance mode active in this one.

Alright cool thanks sir, and I can definitley overclock without even buying another cooler because my room stays at a constant 55F and my cpu is usally around 55-66f and has absolutely no problem with heat.
