I am building my first gaming PC that aims to max out modern games at 720p. The CPU I have chosen is an FX-6300, and the GPU is a GTX 750 Ti. Will this CPU be enough? I know it doesn't bottleneck the 750, but is there any other CPU out there for around the same price that would be better for this build? Thanks.

Well your first build had a Logisys case that comes with a 480w psu. Both are very very cheap. Then you had a second psu that was better, but still kinda cheap. Don't remember which one it was. The 430w EVGA one is alright even though I think you could do better. The 500w Corsair is 80+ Bronze and is the same price. Nothing wrong with a little overhead. I agree that 430w is enough for a GTX 750 ti.

When I was reading reviews about the 750 ti, they kept saying the 650 ti Boost was better. Here is one example - http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/GeForce_GTX_750_Ti/30.html

But I admit that in the last few minutes I read a review that said the 750 ti was a little better than the 650 ti Boost so I dunno. I think I would wait for...
well, you should be able to run games at very high at 720p, but id be more concerned about your psu. your case comes with one, but it is crappy. and the one you selected isnt much better. try to get a seasonic or xfx psu. 450watt should be enough.

Thank you for your detailed reply, but the 750 ti is a better card than the 650 ti boost, both with performance and the new Maxwell architecture that drastically reduced the wattage, which is why I am getting a 430w instead of a 500w. I don't think at the time the PSU I selected was crappy. This is my updated build:
