Computer turning on and off over and over again

I built this system about a year ago and everything has been running fine. Just yesterday I tried to turn it on and it started doing this. When I pull out one piece of RAM and leave the other the system runs fine but there is no display.
As far as I can tell everything looks fine inside the computer, What should I do next? If I can figure out what the problem is I can order new parts or do what I need to do. Any help is appreciated.

I tried using just the other stick of RAM and it did not work and just turned on and off.
I do get the BIOS beep code without any ram installed, I have tried to reset the motherboard CMOS but unfortunately it is hidden behind my GPU which even though I unscrewed it it will NOT come out from the left side of the board, any clue why? Nothing seems to be holding it back. I gave up pulling it out in fear of breaking something.

EDIT; I reset the motherboard CMOS, Still did not work.
