I would not get a 3 TB system drive. Get a 2 TB and get at least a 240 GB ssd for the system drive. If your 3 tb drive starts to fail you are going to have a heck of a time recovering the drive with another big drive. The ssd drive will be very fast and easy to replace if it starts to fail. Big drives are for storage. Are you gaming? If so, you might want to use the network cable instead of wifi. Why are you purchasing a mico ATX motherboard? Most of us get the full ATX board. Full ATX boards have a lot more potential. You are going to want to get a mid tower at least for the GPU so don't get a micro ATX board that is way too short.

How much room do you have for your case? I would recommend NZXT source, NZXT Phantom, Corsair Carbide Series, and Fractal Design Define R4 are cases that i have used and had great experiences with them. The build looks great though, now you just need a nice home for it all.

I'm assuming this is for gaming?

This should be somewhat cheaper than that build, but perform pretty much the same:

You don't generally need extra fans, and there's a whole pile of overkill/overpriced stuff in your build.

I chose the that motherboard because it had really good reviews and as stupid as it may sound I want to try and keep most of the insides red and black. I didn't know it wasn't a full board though, I'll deff be changing it and will take into mind what you said about the drives. Thanks lots! Oh and I need wifi for now because I won't be able to connect the network cable straight to it cause there's a main comp in the living room. Thanks again!!!

Thanks, that looks nice! I'm pretty set on my graphics card, cpu, & monitor though ... I just wanted to make sure that everything went together. I'll be looking at a new mobo and will look into the Toshiba drive you mentioned and the SSD. I appreciate it and thanks a ton!!
