So today i went to get on my desktop computer and when i turned it on it loaded up but stopped at the screen that displays stuff like press f2 to go to bios or press f11 to go to boot menu( for me it was stuck at my motherboard loadout screen, which is Asrock which looks somewhat like thishttp://ittrainingtips.iu.edu/images/hddproblems/asrockPreBiosMenu.jpg ) So my computer just sits at that screen and wont do anything. Could someone please help me.
My comp(btw i just built my computer on friday and it has been working fine since then until today)

-western digital 1tb hard drive
-some 20 dollar asus optical drive
-Evga gtx 760
-XFX pro 550w psu
-Gskill ripjawX 8gb ram
-Asrock fx990 killer
Also i am running windows 7( but as i stated above my computer wont even load up to it).
