Is DDR3 4GB 1333MHZ ram compatible with FSB Speed 1066MHZ processor(Core2Duo E7400) ?

Iam using G41m combo mother board supports up to 1333MHZ DDR3 ram & processor is Core2Duo E7400 with FSB speed 1066MHZ. I junt want to upgrade my ram to 4GB DDR3 with 1333MHZ. Does that works with my processor ?

Yes RAM will work with this setup. It may be limited to 1066MHz. 1333MHz RAM is overclocked for this mobo.

No it won't work because that CPU doesn't support DDR3.
