Best for the money mother board with upgrade potential ? thoughts?
for this processor AMD Athlon X4 750K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor

Cpu AMD Athlon X4 750K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor

No budget really but not a hole lot maybe 70 max
and like if i want 4 sticks ram i can do that if i want more fans i can do that stuff like that

1. If you have already purchased that CPU then unfortunately the socket that goes with Athlon X4 750K (FM2/FM2+) doesn't offer a lot of upgrade potential. The only way up is APU, which consists of a CPU and GPU, but really focuses more on the GPU.
2. All ATX and some mATX boards offer 4 RAM slots, they are everywhere so there's no best motherboard for this requirement.
3. There's not really a restriction on how many fans you can have to plug into a motherboard, you can also get a fan splitter like this

To sum up, there's not much upgrade potential for the CPU to get better due to the CPU and the socket itself, and not the motherboard. Other than that, all of the other upgrade potential that you've listed are pretty much on a majority of motherboards.
