What settings could I run Crysis 3 at with good frame rate?

Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz

8 GB DDR3 Ram

I could run Crysis 3 with my rig (check sig) at low-med settings with smooth frame rate at 720p resolution. Since you're going to play with a GTX 660, I should say around High/Ultra settings at 1680x1050.
