I am building a new PC
My specs will be
ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO
Intel CORE i7 4770K
8GB GSKILL RIPJAWSX RAM
I saw a video in youtube but I'm not sure which is better. what should I go for?
R9280X or ASUS ROG GTX 760 MARS

R9 280x crossfire would theoretically be more powerful, but AMD has some frame pacing issues with their drivers. Heck, I have a single 7970 and I have some driver issues. For two way setups, I would definitely go Nvidia. However, I would not recommend Asus's Mars card because it is more expensive than straight up SLIed 760s. I would go with SLIed 770s, which are currently cheaper than 280xs anyway.
