gtx 760 9 - 15 fps in bf4

alright so today i bought 3 fans and i decided to put them in my case 2 blowing at the gpu 1 as front intake and after i was done i decided to install the latest nvidia drivers because i had some what ourtdated one 9.18.13.3182 and when i installed the new drivers i noticed really low frame rate in bf4 only about 9 fps 15 max so i lowered the settings to low and i got 45-60 fps but normally i have it on ultra max aa at 50-70 fps so then i decided to revert to my old drivers and i had the same problem but the thing is all my other games seem to be fine (well the only other game i tried was dirt 3) and i really want to get this fixed because i bought thief and its been downloading the last 3 days and now its 90% done and i cant wait to play it tonight

full pc specs:

cpu:fx 6300 ocd to 4.7ghz
cpu cooler:corsair h55
case:corsair 300r
gpu: pny gtx 760 enthusiast edition
ram:kingston patriot 2x4 gb sticks
mobo:msi 990fxa gd80
ssd:samsung 840 evo 128gb
hdd:western digital blue 5400 rpm 160gb
os:windows 7 64 bit

yay new error :

"directx error
directx function "getdeviceremovedreason" failed with dxgi_error_device_hung("the applications device failed due to badly formed commands by the application. This is an design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed.") Gpu: "NVIDIA GTX 760" Driver: 33182"

then the game crashed

how do i do that on origin im not familiar with this wanna be steam also i tested a few more games (gta sa madden 08 and fallout 3) and they ran just fine in madden o8 i had 3000 fps fallout 3 solid 60fps and gta sa 120fps maxed out im about to try thief dayz age of empires 3 skyrim and eso to see if anymore games have this problem

ok i finally found out how to verify the game files turns out i was offline lol........so it finished verifying all it did was say preparing to repair then i got a notification saying its ready to play so i guess there was no errors?trying it now

ok i finally fixed it so i went into the graphic settings in te main menu to make sure it was maxed out and on the left i saw a slider and it said resoltion scale and it was at 200 so i left it alone went in game 15fps changed the scale to 100 perfect 60fps i guess i was running out of memory or is that something tat should be at 200 for our card if you dont mind can you check your setting and tell me what you have the scale on and your fps
