I am looking for an affordable graphic card for my desktop PC which has DG33 Intel chipset. I have one PCI 16.0 slot, 4GB DDR2 RAM 800MHz and I wonder if I can use DDR3 Graphic Card with 1200MHz? I am not a hardcore gamer but I like clarity when I play games. Also which graphic card is good, the one with fan or without the fan?

First off, a fan is used to dissipate heat. Considering your other specs, most likely your PC will bottleneck your card. You will need to look for an older card.

Yes - graphics cards have their own separate memory (GDDR3 or GDDR5). What are your specs, budget, monitor resolution, and what games do you want to play?
