550W is barely enough for dual 7850. You may get 600 or more watt PSU. For p/p ratio I recommend Cooler Master Extreme 2 725W.
I mean 550W is ok, but gain more heats which makes performance decrease.

i will be using it with a fx 6300, 8gb ram and a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P. well, will a corsair cx 430 or vs 550 handle two 7850?which is a better psu?
