i bought a new ADATA DDR3 RAM and plugged it with my old RAM but when that is done the monitor appears black and everything else appears to be working fine,i tried plugging only the new one but the same fault comes but after removing the new one and leaving only the old one it works fine..what should i do to get the new one working?

Try going into BIOS and raise the DRAM voltage + 0.05 and give it a try if still no joy, tell us mobo, CPU and the model #s of the DRAM
