Yeah i know, just saying but it's a joke. I knew that.

I would get a new motherboard/CPU/GPU as your current system is lacking real performance.

I would get these:

Graphics Card: Sapphire HD 7770GHz 1GB GDDR5 < Best graphics card for the price

Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+

CPU: AMD FX 4130

All in all, this will cost around $289, but is worth it. For an extra $20, you can upgrade the CPU to an FX 6300, which has 6 cores and a much better CPU, so that would bring it to around $309, but still an extreme upgrade for the price. That doesn't include ram but those parts are more important for a beneficial upgrade.
Firstly, If you get a GPU don't go for an APU CPU. And I know you don't understand, but for the record, you can never put an AMD CPU in an Intel socket like the one you have, never ever. You can only go for LGA 775 CPU's like your socket and that your motherboard supports, unless you upgrade your motherboard like you said, you can go for better, modern day CPU's.

With your current Motherboard, you can go for any modern day graphics card, BUT You said best and with your current rig, best is going to be like $1000 for the card only, so that's defiantly a no for you or for the majority of people.

I would like to continue but i simply can't, as you said best GPU and CPU, which both will be expensive and something you won't want to pay.

So on that note, what would be your budget?
