Welcome to Toms Forums. :)

When you replaced the CMOS battery your BIOS was reset to default values with an incorrect date. At the vary least you should go into the BIOS (by tapping Delete or F2) at start up and set it to the proper date.

Since your computer is ~ 12 years old any number of things could be wrong...

Since your computer is ~ 12 years old any number of things could be wrong with it. Post back after setting the proper date in BIOS if the problem persists.

Now my screen wont turn on but i think i can access the bios because when i tried to press delete, my keyboard worked because when i press f10 then enter, the computer restart (f10 is exit and save setting)
