HyperX blu 4Gb 1600 Mhz on GA-G41M-Combo don't work

I've bought a HyperX blu 4Gb DDR3 1600Mhz CL9 1.65V memory stick and installed it on my Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo motherboard ( http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3505#sp ) When I started the computer,the monitor was black,not even a movement.When I tried the old sticks,it worked just fine...can you help me with that?

I think this happened because of 1.65v RAM while your mobo supports up to 8GB 1.5v RAM

What's the FSB on your mobo set to? These are 1600 sticks and their default is prob 1333, guessing your mobo may be at it's default of 800 (FSB), for DRAM to run the FSB needs to be equalk to or greater than the DRAM freq, so could try OCing the FSB to 1333 (this will also OC your CPU, so may have to lower it's multiplier)

It's also socket 775, the MC (memory controller) is in the chipset, the FSB needs to be equal to or higher than the DRAM freq for the DRAM to run.
