what does this mean? I want to get 1 stick of 8gb DDR3 memory, for the board i just bought

Yes it will. You can actually put a single 16 GB stick in a slot if you want.

Yes, but for performance reasons you should get two, so that you can use dual channel (twice the RAM bandwidth).

It will significantly speed up your iGPU. Even if you're running two things or even one.

Yes. Agreed. Like what Someone Somewhere said, you should get two sticks. There is a little difference between dual and single channel. I personally would get two simply for stability so you don't mix RAM sticks down the road.

A lot more than a little on APUs - they tend to be very memory-bottlenecked, because of the strong integrated graphics.

Yes it will. Just get two sticks. 4 or 8 GB.

When it says SUpports up to 32 gigs that means it can support 4 8 gig dims. So you're perfectly fine.

Actually, that board's only got two slots. 2x16GB, but 16s are currently quite pricey.

Didn't realize it was 2 slot and not 4... normally when i hear 32 support i think 4.
But yeah they can get up there in price and i rarely see 16 Gig dims.
