You provided 3 link options, but you list 4 possibilities in your question header, so i will go according to your question header.

Buy the classified version if you plan to overclock your card hard and experiment with how far you can go. Watercooling options are RELATIVELY minimal, but possible and highly recommended if you want to push it hard. I will not say not recommended for beginners, but rather, i will say it is not recommended if you dont see yourself tweaking your setup often (because you got to start somewhere). Considerations here would be temps, power delivery, bios among many others.

Buy the SC ACX if you want to watercool your card later on. Watercooling options are many and will help you preserve your card for a long time. Then, you can overclock the card to the extent of how lucky you have been in the silicone lottery, but will not be able to push limits of the technology the same way the classified will allow you to.

Do not buy the SC reference cooler card. It is pointless, at least for where i am because it is a 5 dollar difference for better out of the box performance on the ACX version. If the price point is so great that you can save 50 POUNDS off, then you can buy it. But for the minimal difference, i wouldnt buy it.

Buy the GHz edition if you do not plan to watercool at all. Just plug and play. Greatest out of the box performance among the three, but severely limited for customisability. That said, this would not be an obstacle for the top 10% of modders who would be able to come up with customer watercooling solutions for this awesome card. But that would be defeating the purpose of this card already.

Solution
I would get the Gigabyte GHz. It comes with all custom components and a great cooler, along with that outstanding factory overclock. The eVGA SC cards with their reference components are overrated. There is no reason to get the Classified unless you are trying to break some sort of record, but even then, its still hard to say that it's a better card that will consistently give you better performance than the GHz.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I ended up going for the evga sc acx version. Seemed like the favoured card and stable. And inso that was the reason why I was going off the gigabyte card. Had a 670 from them dead on arrival and had problems ever since. They make great cards but they seem to always have issues. And their customer service in the UK is non existant, they didn't even answer their phones when I tried to rma. The card I got doesn't max everything but nonetheless is a beast. Cheers!
