What is goold low profile memory around < $50

I would like some ddr3 low profile ram for my system. I need 8gb and dont really care what it looks (preferably black, red, or no heat spreader at all...) like as long as it is reliable and works well. I would like it to have a speed of 1600. I need it because I want to get a good cpu cooler and I need some low profile ram to go underneath it. (I want to get the "Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3")

If you do find Ram that meets this criteria, could you please provide a link on where to buy it? (Thanks!)

Well hello again, you won't get reliable good 8gb ram for $50, you will most likely find it around $70-80. Here is some corsair ram which I think looks nice, low profile, 1600Mhz and black but it has a heat spreader. Although this is nice RAM.

Would this ram also be good? It is just one stick and has all 5 star reviews. Would this be a good opption as well? I will probably end up selling my old ram on ebay...

Would either of these ram fit under the be quiet rock pro 3 cooler? You also mentioned to make sure I have enough clearance between my side panel and the cooler, my case is an ultra tower that I found on sale about a year ago. I didn't measure because I'm pretty sure it will fit..

I want to start getting a color scheme going in my pc, which is black with red accents...

Sorry this is kind of a lot, I found the kingston hyper x black ram in 1 8gb stick for $79.99 and then I found a kit with 2 4gb sticks for $64.99. Which deal is better?

You would get more performance from 2x4gb and that corsair ram will fit without having to adjust any fans etc with the heatsink. the kingston hyperx 2x4gb for $64.99 is the better deal as long as it's 1600Mhz DDR3.

I actually went to best buy and they had pny ram that was low profile. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820178654 (ended geting 2 sticks of this because they were on sale!)

Wint this still work with the be quiet cooler, since it is still low profile?

Yea so your running 16gb! yes it will still fit perfectly fine with room to spare, this is also good ram, good brand!
