HDD cant be detected

Solution
Hello... If your just adding another drive for storage, you must give permission to Windows to use it... Right click COMPUTER-MANAGE, Left click Disk Management and you can now Partition/format it/? , what ever you need to do first... But you must right click the graphics/data space, for the drive, at the bottom of the screen and mark it active.
