I have Office 2003 achieved work emails

I have Office 2003 achieved work emails however i have a lot of emails i need to get off my work laptop and on to a safe store age device both on a hard drive on a personal computer and on the cloud how can i do this so that if i need to show them to a union rep i have access to them?

You just have to copy the .PST file and then open that .PST file on another system with Outlook 2003 (or newer) on it.

You can also save individual e-mails as text (or even Word documents) if the number of them is manageable.

How many archived messages are you talking about?

A lot I have over a years worth of emails i may need them for a constructive dismissal case lucky i had set up outlook to archive everything weekly so i have everything in the archive folder but i there is to many to go though and forward on to my gmail so i wanted to export everything out in one hit to keep safe in case they grab my work laptop.

Thanks for the suggestion rgd1101 but the sheer number involved is to big i will look into the .pst method
