I am looking to buy a 4gb DDR2 RAM unfortunately here in my area/country
It is almost out of stock, most of the RAM they sell is DDR3 except one, that is KINGSTON 2GB DDR2 PC800,
I noticed that it is almost the same price as this KINGSTON 4GB DDR3 PC1333

is there a big difference between the two ? I am expecting that they are both have the same speed.

Is there also difference between brands ? I mean I have seen in the web that there are 2GB DDR2 RAM that are cheap,
must be slower ?

Solution
first of all, check your motherboard for compatibility regarding speed of your ram.
The Ram you specified are having different speeds. One has speed of 800MHz and other has 1333Mhz, so make sure which is supported by your motherboard. If both supported, get one with PC1333 for the best. Good luck :)
