PSU makes loud buzz...until I hit it

I have a used computer donated to the organization that I work for. Turned it on and it made a very loud and obnoxious buzzing sound.

So, I took off the side panel to find what was making the sound....turned out to be the PSU. Not the PSU fan, but something else inside the PSU.

Lightly hitting the top of it causes the noise to stop for about a minute or two.......hitting the top of it a little harder seems to do the trick until you turn it off and back on again.

Does anyone know what the issue could be or should I just buy another PSU?

Thanks

Sounds like it is time for a new PSU, just to be on the safe side. I recommend Seasonic and Corsair PSUs. XFX is another solid brand.

Okay, I was thinking that was probably what I would be told. Thanks! I'll look into your recommendations!
