GPU too close together for SLI?

I am going to SLI two GTX 760s, one PNY and one EVGA, but they will be literally sandwiched together. Will I be ok or should i get on more fan installed as well?

How close is "sandwiched"? Like a tiny few centimeters of space between the two, or literally touching? If the cooler is touching the back silicon of the other card, you may want to consider flipping their positioning so the product with the thinner cooler will sit on top. If you want, you could always install a side fan blowing cold air in (or helping suck hot air out) if your case supports it to help with the heat.

I have a Hp 0b4ch but it doesn't matter anymore, I think my motherboard is not SLI compatible although it looks like there are two GPU slots. Here is a link to my Mobo specs: http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/specs-0b4ch-hewlett-packard/ and my computer is a HP Z400. Thanks guys

I am currently at the same stage that you were last at. Were you ever able to SLI your two graphics cards? If not, how were you able to get the most out of them e.g. settings in BIOS or drivers, monitors being plugged into certain outputs, etc? Thanks!
