Can I run Assassin's creed 4 black flag?

Hi, I was wondering if I could run Assassin's creed 4 Black flag with at least 30 fps.
My specs are:
Cpu: Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93 GHZ
Gpu: XFX Radeon HD 6570 2GB
Ram: 8GB

I am also wondering what settings I can use on AC4 with 30 fps.

Please only answer if you have tried this or know someone that has.

No. Now I don't have your hardware, but by knowing what it takes to play the game, I know you can't play it. The game isn't a slouch. It takes decent system to play the game. Your system is too old and under powered.

Minimum Required Hardware:
CPU: Intel Core2Quad Q8400 @ 2.6 GHz or AMD Athlon II X4 620 @ 2.6 GHz
CPU Speed: Info
RAM: 2 GB
OS: Windows Vista SP or Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8 (both 32/64bit versions)
Video Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 260 or AMD Radeon HD 4870 (512MB VRAM with shader Model 4.0 or higher)
Sound Card: Yes
Free Disk Space: 30 GB
