a case good with nice air conditioner
and a good certified like that one I buy but obviously with more available watts 400 or up

Or else I can buy one of things mentioned before because I don´t have any graphic card I thing I need it

Thanks a lot =) I didn´t know it ahm one last question
When I went to find information about what was best for my motherboard intel they told me nvidia )= I really prefer amd because of the power consumption low an the better performance but will it be good for my motherboard= placa madre(spanish)

I'm not sure what your budget is but you might want to consider the GTX 750 TI, its a very powerful card for the amount of power it uses.

http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-750-ti/specifications

It uses 60w of power and min PSU req is only 300w vs 400w from the 6450. The GTX 750 Ti is around $150 but it is WAY faster than the 6450 and uses less power.

Two low profile GTX 750 Ti's :

Would you recommend it to me to buy that product wouldn´t it cause problems?
I know that 6450 consumes about 19 watts and DDR5 consumes 30 watts
I am seeing that gtx 750 low profile consumes around 55 watts

The budget is not a problem I just want that it works really well withouy causing any trouble thanks for your answer

Why are you looking at such low-end cards? The Core 2 Quad might be old and presents some bottleneck potential but that doesn't mean it's a bad CPU; it can still go head to head with last-gen i3 and some i5. If you can, look to get a GTX 750 or something.

The PSU is terrible but your biggest problem is the case. I don't think the PSU in that case is even ATX-format; if you want to replace things down the road you'll need to get rid of the case. The slimline form factor basically prevents you from getting any really nice cards, and the C2Q is stretching the capabilities of that crap PSU.

It really doesn't work to use 6450 my power supplies doesn´t work, I noticed it really consumes around 75 w and I forget to put that I used two monitors.
Well anyway i would be buying a better case and power supply
