I want to know which one of these 2 fans is better.
They both have blue LEDs so they should go perfectly fine with my NZXT Crafted Series Phantom's blue LEDs on the upperback fan and the huge top fan
But seeing how the CM has a max of 36 dBA/2000 PWN and the Silverstone 22.4 dBA (I don't know whether the Silverstone has a max of 22.4 dBA or a minimum of 22.4 dBA) and only 1500 PWM I am a little confused.
Any leverage is appreciated
