I have been saving money for a long time now to make a good rig and my mom actually bought me a cyberpower pc a while back fail..... but anyways I already have the gpu ready and the case that i bought im using the gpu now and the case is sitting.

I was hoping i could get some feedback about what I have chosen and any recommendations for other parts. My budget is around 1300, also keep in mind i already have the case (coolermaster HAF X) with extra fans and a msi twinfrozr overclocked gtx 660 ti that i will later replace with the release of the 800 series which brings me to my next question. Should i hold off on a 700 and wait or go straight to a 700 series. Obviously my budget would change if so but my 660 ti is adequate for what i need at the present time. I also already have windows and will be fresh installing to my new rig onto the ssd. Please and thank you for your help in advance.

Yeah the Cooler Master will be more than enough to handle a minor overclock :)

Don't cut the RAM or power supply or get a 7XX series card like others are saying, as you're in budget and more RAM and power than you need now translates to better upgradability later on. 660 Ti is more than enough for 1080p until the new cards come along!

So we can't see your list because it's just the standard blank form. You have to save a list to share it :)

If you already have a 660Ti then that is plenty for 1080p gaming until the 800 series comes out--the 700 series is on its last legs so I'd hold off until the 800 series or whatever AMD has up their sleeve.

Everything looks good! Should be a great gaming machine, especially once it gets a more powerful card, but as it stands it will be perfectly fine for 1080p gaming until the next batch of video cards come rolling out :)

Enjoy!

Distinguished
1. RAm Stick to 8GB (unless you're doing major image/video editing)
2. CPU Stick to i5 4670K (unless you're doing some major video/auto cad editing where you would need the horse power)
3. MOBO is Great (own it myself)
4. PSU Should be 750-800W Max (if you're ever doing SLI (Check seasonic, XFX or Corsair AX series)
5. Get a GTX 770 or GTX780 with the cash you saved on the (1, 2, & 4)
6. You don't have an O/S listed

Best Luck

Appreciate the money saving tips tachy :) been saving for a long time honestly my budget is kinda around 2 grand but I already have case and am not upgrading my gpu until I feel the time is right. Also reason I kinda want overkill for the cpu is for arma 3. I really do appreciate you trying to save me some cash :)

Yeah i'm going to go with the RM850W don't know much about the RM series I have a cx 750 that makes this loud ass coil whine that is annoying beyond belief. RM series seems to have pretty good reviews fully modular as well which I like for my first build.
