Can I run DayZ at 30+ Fps in cities?

Are you refering to the new DayZ currently in test or the Dayz Mod based off Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead, which came out in 2009.
I'm assuming it's the DayZ mod. There are a lot of graphic options in the game you can turn on and off. I would assume you could find a resolution that would work for you. I play a mod of DayZ and have found it works best with V-Sync off. So that being said I would start with lower settings and slowely turn them up. My buddy played with a GTX460 for quite a while and wasn't to bad at all. I believe that is on par with a 7770.
