Whenever I'm on my computer, it works for a while and then the monitor says entering power save, and my PC turns off. The power supply fans remain to run. I have to turn the psu off to turn it off. After around an hour or two, it works again. If I Ty to turn it back on before that time, it will only power the psu. Can I fix this?

Sounds like severe overheating.
Have you thoroughly cleaned your case using canned air or an air compressor (no more then 40psi) and blown all the dust/dirt out of your PSU, cpu cooler, and video card?
If not, that is the starting point.
Also, please post the make, model of your psu, and if possible the info from the side label.

Great, but repost if it starts to act up again. What cable was loose and at what connection point?
