Looking for good working graphics card around 100-150 max

Is the Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB a good graphics card for playing games like batman, TWD, civilization, and some nex gen games? This is my first pc build and any info about anything pc related would be much appreciated.

Its pretty good. I myself am a GE Force GPU advocate, even the 660ti is a great GPU, if a little old. If you are familiar with war thunder, my old GTX 460 can run it on the very max settings.

The 750ti is amazing and provides high frame rates. the new Nvidia Maxwell GPU's have great architecture. I recommend that. You could technically run a game like Battlefield 4 on Ultra with good FPS.
