need new graphic card need help.

hey guys im thinking of buying a new graphic card
it was working fine and i could do with all the lag i used to get in the games but now i was ust playing black flag and it was running on 20-40 FPS that just pissed me off and i think its time to get a new graphic card here are my specs im not really experienced with computers so im gna try and give u my specs as detailed as pissible and i need help with picking out the best card available in the market right now that would be compatible with my mother board cus i love my mother board and im not ready to change that and if an increase in the ram is neede pls do let me knw...

intel core 2 quad 2.33 ghz
AMD HD 4800 (512 mb i think)
mobo=gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
RAM= 2 sticks 2 gb ddr3 each



thats all i can give u for now i cant even check cus my power supply is fried gna replace it tom morning so any suggestions on the card my budget is abt 500-700 AED
which should be about 143-200 $

the Radeon r9 270/x or if you can push your budget the GTX 760

you can get a new card for your system as long as your psu supports it. what is your psu? and for $140-$200, a nice gtx 750Ti will make you very happy ;)

my psu was 400W but it blew out and im prolly gna buy something with 500-600W

Maybe the gtx 660, or the 750 ti. Look on the best value for video card on the graphics forum, and look up a few benchmarks, especially on your preferred titles for performance.

ok, try to get a good quality one too. like seasonic, or XFX.
