Best solution
The Nvidia recommendation for a PC with a single GTX 750 is a minimum of 400Watts for the entire system with a minimum of 20amps on a single 12V rail.
It is not the wattage that is important, but the amount of continuous current - amperage - that can be delivered on the 12V rail at 40-50 degrees C : a typical temperature inside a computer case.
The information I found indicates that that powersupply should have 25amps on the 12v rail: I could find NOTHING about how that it was determined so would guess it was at room temperature of ~25C. It is Not 80Plus rated.
VS is near or on the bottom of Corsairs power supply line up.It will probably power you computer just fine, but for how long is the question, and babchicken is right, no headroom for upgrades. In that regard Danbuscus is on the mark.
Don't know what your budget is but I would at least upgrade to a 430W CX or CXM unit, or if you can a TX (in the Corsair lineup). You might consider the CS 650 that is listed in this sites PSU selections if you are locked into using this etailer. Stay away from the RMseries,Corsair is still having issues with it.
UPDATE: Several answers while I typed and researched. SR-71 has suggested a really good PSU, but if you are locked into pcspecialist, get the CS 650.

650 watts is overkill for your specs.what should i use then?
get a cx430 psu
that is more than enough for what you need
only sticking to the website i posted
get the 350w if you are definatly not upgrading in the future. otherwise get the 450w.
