Will my new graphics card interfere with any components of my motherboard?

Will a GTX 770 interfere with any components of this motherboard? http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c02854392&lc=en&cc=uk&dlc=en#N60
I'm worried that one of the ram slots will get in the way of the GPU because the GTX 770 is a very long card. Also, will the card go over the heatsink?
