Is my RAM bottlenecking my PC?
-Cooler Master HAF XM
-Corsair AX850W
-ASUS Sabertooth Z77 LGA 1155
-EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 680
-Intel Core i7-3770k @ 3.50Ghz (3.9Ghz Turbo)
-Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3
-Corsair Hydro Series H100i CPU Water Cooler
-SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series 2.5" 256GB SSD
-Western Digital 1TB 7200 RPM 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

someone told me i should get more ram, 16 GB or 32GB, should i buy more? or will it be a waste of $$?

Most games wont use more than 3-4 gigs of ram unless you apply a 'cap', depending on the game + all other PC processes such as internet, or system processes you will still have around 5-6gb of ram free, This is the average gaming setup and you are completely fine, no bottle necking at all.
