CPU:Intel® Core™ i7-4820K Quad-Core 3.70 GHz 10MB Intel Smart Cache LGA2011
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card
MEMORY:16GB (4GBx4) DDR3/1600MHz Quad Channel Memory
GIGABYTE X79-UP4 ATX w/ Ultra Durable 5, GblAN, 4 GEn3 PCIe x16, 2 PCIe x1, 1 PC

I am trying to make a pc that will play new, graphics intensive games, smoothly.

Solution
Yes it should and if you want to be guaranteed of getting to ultra with any and all settings at high resolution with high FPS then add another 780Ti.

Nothing is set in stone, I was just curious to see what kind of performance I would be getting. The entire reason I asked was to get a good idea and see if I did need to drop that much money. Thank you for the input.
