graphic card for intel core i7-2600 3.4GHz

Hello

I wonder if somebody could help me out with choosing graphic card for intel core i7-2600 3.4GHz
i have 8GB ram.

It would be great If you could give me suggestions with lower and higher budget....

I want to play new games so i wonder if that processor with new card is good enough for next few months or i should buy new pc??

For 170 - 750ti, 200-gtx 660,250-gtx 760, 340-gtx 770, 500-gtx 780. Those are the best values from middle to high range.

CPU is fine. any i7 is usually overkill for most games. Yours happens to be pretty fast

You cpu is very powerful and won't be obsolete for another 2-3 years and shouldn't bottleneck any of the cards I suggested.

im kinda noobish in this stuff andi was warned about having to change my power supply when using good graphic card. Is it somehtingi should consider??

You can get the 750ti without changing. The next closest is the 660 requiring 450w. If you plan on changing a good brand 750w can run all of the cards I suggested up to the gtx 780.

so ifi get 750ti..... how long will it last ifi wantto use it for gaming.....(smooth on lowest settings)??

Maybe 3 Years on low settings, but that's a guess. I wouldn't recommend gaming on low becuase it's usually the biggest visual quality drop to go from medium detail to low.

hmmm....im not sure now.... what about keeping my processor and changing rest....as u said my processor is very good but rest kinda meh.... is it possible to do it and will it even be efficient?? ( like cost)

You probably don't need to. 8 gb or ram is more than enough to game. The power supply is the restricting factor of rig now. But if you want to switch Motherboards I can help.

I have seen people buy the parts and take to best buy and have them assemble it. I can tell you that it doesn't take much work to assemble rigs. The parts can only fit in one spot most times so it makes you job pretty easy.

As for pricing, I would buy a new Motherboard for about 200, power supply for 120, and gtx 760 for 250 and probably recycle the rest like ram and processor and hard drive.
