Do i need an intake fan?

ok, so i have my psu fan, cpu fan, and 2 case fans. should i have them both be blowing out, 1 in the back and 1 on the side, or should 1 of them be sucking air in?

Yes you should definitely have an intake fan, PSU fans and CPU fans don't really count for airflow fans as much as Case fans, most people would have at least 1 intake and 2 out take minimum.

Need? No. With all the fans blowing out, it's creating a negative pressure zone inside your case. Cool, surrounding air is being drawn in from any open cracks or vents.

Should Have? Yes. The idea is to create the ideal directional air flow. If possible, from front intake, over your components, to rear exhaust.

Something like option 1, if possible this would be ideal although the negative pressure will work although I would recommend airflow from front to rear.
