How to allocate some SHARED MEMORY to DEDICATED MEMORY (ATI RADEON HD 4550)

Dear Techs,

I just want to ask if its possible to allocate some of my graphic card's shared memory (3840 MB) to the dedicated memory (512 MB)? If its possible, may you please tell me how? Thank you in advance.
