Liquid cooling used to catch a lot of flak for unreliability. But the technology has come a long way. Yes, you should look into liquid cooling for clocks that high. Read reviews, be diligent and patient (there are still cheap and unreliable makes). 120mm options will suffice, 240mm is better, if your case will support it. Go with liquid and have fun.

and if you want water cooling system try this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181032 or any same 240mm radiator water cooling system. i have 4770k and H100i i do OC and it works fine the temp is good
