Looking for the easiest path to upgrade

I have a spare computer and I want to upgrade it so it can play Planetside 2 decently. Currently it runs the game, but on a 1360x768 monitor, I find the performance sluggish even if its getting 30-50fps. Here are the specs, I just put in the CPU recently, so that isn't an upgrade path. I know the hard drive is a donkey of a drive, but I know that upgrading to something else will just decrease loading times and not directly effect gaming performance. I figure its the GPU, but again, if it is, what is the cheapest and best path to playing a game like Planetside 2 on high?

Thanks!

An HD 7770 Or 650Ti Will Make Your PC Awesome And Planetside 2 Will Run Smooth With Ultra High Setting

From what I know Planetside 2 is CPU intensive, and I think your system might benefit a lot if you get some RAM with better speeds.

Other than that, of course a GPU upgrade is also welcomed, but only if the performance boost is worthy of the money spent on it.

How about the new 750ti? Maxwell GPU? Is the 560ti that old?
