World of Warcraft (amd driver problem?)

While playing wow I see what looks like lowered fps especially when I enter combat , but the fps stays around 60. This has happened with the past video cards I've had and was fixed by finding a driver that worked well. So far I've gone from 12.6-14.2 and while I see changes the problem is still present. Anyone know what is causing this or how to download older drivers (below 12.6, they won't appear in the catalyst installer).

Thanks! One problem tho, the catalyst installer won't show any drivers below 12.6 for the download (it shows everything but the video driver), anyway around this?
