Should the Asus Motherboard boot up to windows 7 login screen take about 35seconds?

After hitting power/start button on case my monitor screen stays dark for a couple seconds then Asus logo (click delete for bios etc...) shows up for a second, then goes away, the screen is black with a dos symbol at top left, then black, then asus logo for a second time, then starts loading windows.

Just wondering if that is normal cause I have only had gigabyte boards before this.

The PC's Info
i7 4960x
Noctua NH-D14s with additional 140mm
p9x79 e ws motherboard
corsair 64bg
gtx 780ti
ax1200i
cooler master haf 932
windows 7 64bit

its a very similar build to this

just have a single intel ssd and a sata coming from the blu/dvd drive. I tried running on minimum mode 1 stick of ram no drives and 1 video card. It would boot up to asus logo then black with dos, then asus and then a popup menu would show up saying incorrect configuration go into bios or something the jist of that. So i tried all 8 of the ram to check and see if they all worked cause it wouldn't boot up at all without the ram plugged in.

Now am currently finished installing all discs (motherboard/video card) onto windows 7

What it does is press power fans turn on and montier sits at black screen 11 seconds then asus logo pops up then black screen with dos writing symbol at top left for a second, then black then 19 second asus logo, then blackscreen with dos symbol for a second then loading windows about 25 seconds in total now
