So my computer has been glitching and lagging since the installation of Windows Updates. I haven't installed any since day 1 on my PC since I consider them a waste of space. But I guess, somehow, my preference to not install any updates was overridden or changed. How can I delete all these updates? Is there some kind of software? Thanks! :)

go to control panel>programs and features and click show updates.you can uninstall them the same way you uninstall programs.you just cant uninstall all of them.some of the windows updates do not allow for an uninstall.that having been said it is most unwise not to install updates.it leaves your computer vulnerable to attacks and it can be pretty glitchy as some of the updates patch errors in the os.even if you do a fresh install of windows it will install some updates.no way around that.
Umm. Not installing at least the critical updates is a VERY BAD IDEA. There's piles of exploits that could give someone complete control of your PC that were fixed in updates.

Also, most patches don't use any extra space, as they're only changing stuff, not adding new features.

Feel free to ignore the Optional ones, though. They're mostly just drivers.

You do not want to uninstall those. Here's what's happening.

Over the last couple of revisions of Windows, Microsoft migrated a large portion of the codebase to the .NET framework. This adds a lot of security and flexibility, but it requires that the resulting patched product be optimized post installation. If you look at your task manager you may see a task called "Windows Modules Installer" chewing up quite a lot of CPU and disk time. This is normal, and it will run for a while after updates have been installed. The more updates that are installed, the longer it will run. Eventually it will finish its job and terminate.

He wasn't asking whether it's a good or bad idea to uninstall. He wants to know how to uninstall ALL of the updates. A really efficient way to uninstall ALL windows updates is located here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-can-i-unistall-all-windows-updates-at-once-i/2ac9e797-b9d4-46de-bee3-d93c3c409bda?page=2
