respected sir/madam,
i bought a second hand acer aspire 4730 laptop for my own personal use...first i was boot my system windows xp sp3...it ran fast...but after few days my laptop was too slow...i can't identify the problem but it take 20 minutes to boot my system...so i was planned to cahnge the os..then i put windows 7 os into it...and then i install the softwares...while doing like this after rebooting the system says that ur os has been corrupted....then i was totally confused...then i change the os into windows 8....first time it performs faster..but few days later it also turned slow...but i try windows 7 os again and again but system will not accept the os at all...now i'm doing final year project for my under graduate...and i laptop is compulsory for me for doing project...so kindly give me some ideas about the problem and how to identify it and how to rectify it....i'm waiting for ur valuable reply...thanking you....

this is very strange actually, for the system to become slow after installation of the OS, you can do one thing, first install only the os and the basic drivers and then try using it if you have the time,if the system is still slowing then observe if the system i heating up or if the noise from the fans is increasing, so look for other symptoms and then check. or if acer has a hardware diagnostics software for acer's computers then try running that and check if there is a hardware failure
