One Final Check On My Build + PSU Question

Two things:

First, I'm looking for a last general checkup from someone with more knowledge than me to make sure everything looks alright since I made a few more implementations. Goals with this build are to be able to play games on high/ultra for a couple years at least (hopefully), and to have the leg room to be able to play around with OCing a bit.

Plus I need advice specifically about the power supply. In the future when GTX 780s drop in price a bit, I'd like to be able to get another and put that SLI functionality to use. The problem is, when I do, the recommended wattage jumps to 725. Furthermore, since I also want to play around with OCing the CPU, I'm afraid this will also pop the wattage up a bit more past that 725 mark. Even though I won't be buying the second card for probably another year, I'd like to be prepared with a PSU that can handle it. And on a similar note, does anyone know, if a card (like the GTX 780 for instance) is described as requiring 250W, is that how much it consumes under normal loads, or the maximum it can exert under stress, or an average of the two?

Thanks!

Solution
Change the PSU. The CX series is average at best.

Stick with Antec, XFX, Corsair (not cx,cs,rm), Seasonic

I personally do not like closed loop water coolers. I would go air.

I would also get 1.5v RAM as it is better quality generally and overclocks alot better.

You also will NEED a HDD in addition to the SSD. The SSD needs to be left 20% open and the rest will fill up FAST.

Great Suggestions.

I've changed the RAM to this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231460&clickid=wnWT971MpzUN0N8UuDQWU1qGUkTR8hXZ1UO6yI0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

I'll also upgrade the HDD & SSD, I like that Corsair that was linked, and the price seems right.

EDIT: Also, is brand of any relevance in the realm of SSD/HDDs? Any particular names to avoid or look for?

I wanted to ask about the reasoning concerning closed loop water vs. air cooling systems. Is there anything particular reason you don't like the closed loop model? And are there any air coolers you might suggest to replace it?

I don't like closed loop coolers as they are almost 3 times as loud as an air cooler and only cool 1-3 degrees better. If you want it quieter, you would need to spend $45 on new quiet fans, and that would lower cooling ability because they won't move as much air. For way less money, you can Buy a Noctua NH-D14 and it will be basically silent and cool just as well.
