Best 4670k air cooler under $60?

What would be a good CPU air cooler for the 4670k that does not exceed $60, and can be mounted in a Fractal R4 case without obstruction? It would need to have very good airflow, with good acoustic performance at idle.

Would an NZXT Havik 140 be able to meet these requirements?

I prefer to avoid used parts where possible.

I know that everyone says that the Evo is the best value CPU cooler out there, but I want to know what my options are for coolers under $60.

That's pretty much the best two I can come up with for under $60, either one of those two can outperform numerous of coolers out there, as recorded by my source. There can only be a few 'best' value out there, and by value I meant money to performance ratio. Therefore, they have the best value for under $60 in my knowledge, there are better ones out there, but cost more than $60, again as you can see by my source after you look their price up.

Well in any case, I think that the website you linked to is enough to answer my questions.

I agree with IDontUnderstand. I have the Xigmatek Gaia and it's extremely quiet. However, the CM Hyper 212 EVO cools the CPU better and is actually slightly cheaper than the Xigmatek Gaia right now. They are under $40.

Is the Hyper 212 so much better in terms of performance than anything under $60?

I'm looking at whether or not there are others that can beat it within my specified price range.

There really aren't that many coolers that have great performance and are quiet at $60 below besides the EVO/Gaia and several other similarly designed coolers. The NH-D14 and NH-U14S are better coolers, but usually start at $75-85.
