Since I'm not sure if you needed a case and hard drive, I threw this together. Much better cpu, dropped to a GTX760, added a decent 1TB hdd, and added a solid $40 case. This is also superior to the first two options presented.

This is a far superior to either option. Gives you room in your budget for case or hard drive but probably not both.
